BMA d/b/a Biz Tech Stack ("we", "us", "our") operates biztechstack.com and the YourDeskAgent service, including our AI phone receptionist and our website forms. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Calls and messages. Calls to our phone number may be answered by our AI receptionist. Calls and text messages may be recorded, transcribed, and stored so we can follow up and improve our service.
Website usage. We collect information about how visitors use our site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser type, and referral source, using cookies and similar tools.

Text messages (SMS)
